Email us at support@abeen.app
We normally reply within two working days. Arabic or English, both are read.
What to put in your message
These four save a round trip:
- Your device: iPhone or Android.
- The version number, from Settings inside the app, at the bottom of the screen.
- The email you signed up with.
- What happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot if you have one.
Never send us your password. We will not ask for it, and we do not need it to look at your account.
The subscription
| Price | 48.99 USD per month The store shows and charges the equivalent in your own currency. |
| Term | One month, renews automatically until you cancel |
| Billed by | The App Store or Google Play only |
| Free | The library, reading and search — no subscription, no time limit |
I paid and the app is still locked
Open Settings inside the app and tap «استعادة اشتراك سابق» (Restore a previous
subscription). That asks the store directly what you bought, and it fixes most cases —
especially after changing phone or reinstalling.
If it doesn't, email us and include the email of the store account you paid
with. It is often different from your Abeen account email, and it is what we need to find
the purchase.
How do I cancel
Cancelling is done in the store, not in the app — we cannot do it for you:
- iPhone: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Abeen → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app → your picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Abeen → Cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal only. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
I want a refund
Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from, and are requested from it directly:
Email us if your request is refused and you think it shouldn't have been, and we will put what we know in writing for the store's support team.
I can't sign in
-
Forgotten password: tap «نسيت كلمة المرور؟» on the sign-in screen. A link is
emailed to you. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived within a few minutes.
-
You signed up with Google or Apple: use the same button every time. Signing in
with Google and signing in with an email and password create two separate accounts, even when
the email address is the same.
-
The app signed me out by itself: sign in again. If it keeps happening, email us
with roughly when it happened — we can look at the sign-in record.
A wrong answer or a wrong question
Every answer and every practice question carries a 👎 button with a box to say
what is wrong. That is the fastest and most accurate route to us: the report arrives with the
question itself and the article of the law it came from, so you don't have to describe it.
Abeen is not legal advice. Some practice questions and their explanations are
generated by AI and can be wrong. The official text is what the competent authorities publish.
Deleting your account
Inside the app: Settings → «حذف الحساب» (Delete account). The account and
everything in it is deleted immediately, and it cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. The subscription is a
contract between you and the store, not with us — cancel it in the store first, as above, or you
will keep being charged after the account is gone.
What is deleted and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy, section 8.
Other things people ask
- Does it work offline? The library, reading and search do. Chat and new practice sets need a connection.
- Is there an English version of the app? No. The interface is Arabic, because the law it explains is Arabic.
- Does it guarantee I pass the exam? No. Any score the app shows measures your performance inside the app only.
- Can I use my account on two phones? The account is personal and not shareable — see the Terms, section 3.
